It is conveniently situated within level walking distance to the quayside with its numerous bars, restaurants and a shopping centre all within a few minutes walk. The attractions of Poole Park, Sports Leisure Centre and a large Sainsbury's supermarket are to be found nearby.
The fantastic Sandbanks Beach is a short car or bus journey away. Visit the beautifully preserved Studland and Shell Bay beaches via the chain ferry. Go fishing from the quay, take the ferry to Brownsea Island to see the red squirrels, or travel west to visit the beautiful Purbeck Hills, Corfe Castle, the Jurassic Coast and Lulworth Cove.
If by any chance it dares to rain while you are on holiday, you can visit Tower Park for a spot of bowling, cinema or the Splashdown Waterpark.
